You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to enrol in and use the Course. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Course Content

The Course content includes instructional materials, videos, readings, and health-related recommendations. All materials are provided for educational purposes only. While we aim to offer accurate and helpful information, the Course is not a substitute for professional medical advice or diagnosis.

4. Health Recommendations

  • The Course may include general recommendations related to well-being, mental health, and strategies for improving daily functioning for neurodiverse individuals. These recommendations are intended to enhance the learning experience and promote a healthier lifestyle.

  • The Course creators and instructors are not licensed medical professionals, and their health-related suggestions are based on general research, not individualized health assessments.

5. Course Access and Use

  • Upon payment and registration, you will receive access to the Course for the duration of the enrolment period. Access is non-transferable.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Course materials for personal, educational purposes.

  • You agree not to share, reproduce, distribute, or sell Course materials without explicit written consent from the Course provider.

6. User Responsibilities

If you are dissatisfied with the Course, you may request a refund within 7 days of enrolment, provided that you have not completed more than 30% of the Course materials. Refunds will not be issued after this period.

  • You are solely responsible for how you apply any health-related advice provided in the Course.

  • The Course provider makes no guarantees regarding the results or outcomes of the health recommendations and educational content.

12. Behaviour and Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner during all aspects of the Course. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or any form of abuse will not be tolerated, and your access to the Course may be revoked if such behaviour is observed.

13. Amendments to Terms

The Course provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or on the Course platform. Continued use of the Course after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Aotearoa/ New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Course will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aotearoa/ New Zealand.
